Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sisters and Seekers purchase, but if an item isn't quite right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Sisters and Seekers tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
